My Alpha Gear is an online store for purchasing authorized Alpha Metallurgical Resources branded items from a third-party retailer.

        What payment methods does My Alpha Gear accept?
        My Alpha Gear accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

           

          Orders/Shipping

          Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
          Due to the processing time, it may be possible to update an order once it’s been placed. Contact myalphagear@alphametresources.com to see if your order can be modified or canceled.

             

            What if the item I want is out of stock?

            If an item is out of stock, you will be contacted by email with options for selecting an alternate item or canceling your order to receive a refund.

                 

                I want to order more than 15 items. How can I place an order for my team?

                To place an order of 15 items or more, please contact myalphagear@alphametresources.com.


                      When will I receive my order?
                      Please allow two to three weeks for order processing and handling before shipment.

                          Does My Alpha Gear ship internationally? 
                          No, My Alpha Gear does not ship internationally at this time.

                              What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
